A piece of the Pi.

Pi (π), is a mathematical constant that is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, approximately equal to 3.14159… Here’s our twist on “Pi (π) Day”, March 14th, with a list of motions, each passing or failing 3:2 with the same composition of votes (Chairman Klarkowski, Church, Wucherer = 3) to (Wales, Reyes = 2).

Note the voting pattern 3:2 on many TRANSPARENCY issues.

Let’s elect NEW Board members for the two open seats on April 2nd and break this voting pattern. We the Town People support Supervisor Candidates Joe Jahner and Tyson Leonard.

3:2 BOARD VOTING HISTORY

  • Dec 2023 - Motion to table agenda items #11E Ordinance 2023-5 – Noise Ordinance and #11F Ordinance 2023- 6 - Regulation of Portable Containers and move them to the February 2024 regular Town Board meeting. Motion to approve the agenda as amended. Both Motions passed 3:2.

    • Dec 2023 - Supervisors Wales and Reyes wanted to discuss these ordinances at that meeting but by tabling these agenda items they were silenced.

    • Feb 2024, these two ordinances showed up on the agenda as “ONLY DISCUSSION” unbeknownst to Wales and Reyes. Therefore, no Motions could be made. Supervisors Wales and Reyes could not bring closure, their hands were tied.

    • March 2024, Chairman Klarkowski is clearly in charge of finalizing agendas and these two ordinances were NOT on the agenda. During board discussion at the meeting, Supervisors Wales and Reyes spoke openly, requesting these ordinances be discussed as soon as possible, again they were silenced. Supervisors Church and Wucherer remained quiet throughout the discussion.
